1. Who is this session for?

This space is especially supportive for people who:

  • Shrink or disappear in relationships

  • Feel torn between family expectations and cultural norms

  • Feel lost in cross‑cultural life

  • Experience emotional suppression, overwhelm, or high sensitivity

  • Feel exhausted by carrying too many roles

  • Want to understand themselves more deeply

  • Want to rebuild boundaries, inner stability and inner strength

If you see yourself in these descriptions, this space was made for you.

2. What’s the difference between 60 and 90 minutes session?

60 minutes — Awareness & Clarity

Ideal if you want to:

  • Clarify a specific issue

  • Understand a particular emotion or pattern

  • Get direction when you feel confused

  • Have a focused, shorter session

You’ll leave with more clarity and understanding.

90 minutes — Deep Integration & Transformation

Ideal if you want to:

  • Explore long‑standing emotional patterns

  • Understand recurring relational wounds

  • Navigate cross‑cultural identity conflicts

  • Go deeper into your inner world

  • Build emotional stability and integration

This is the format that allows for the deepest transformation.

3. Is this therapy?

No.

A Deep Integration Session is coaching, not psychotherapy.

I don’t diagnose or treat clinical conditions.

Instead, we work with:

  • Emotional awareness

  • Identity integration

  • Boundaries and relationships

  • Cross‑cultural dynamics

  • Inner stability and strength

  • Self‑understanding

If you need clinical support, I encourage you to seek a licensed mental health professional.

4. Do I need to prepare anything?

No preparation is needed.

Just come as you are.

You can bring:

  • Something that’s been weighing on you

  • A recurring emotion

  • A relationship dynamic you want to understand

  • A moment where you felt lost

  • A question about yourself

I’ll guide you through the rest.

5. What does the first session feel like?

Most people describe it as:

  • “I finally feel heard.”

  • “I can slow down.”

  • “I don’t have to pretend.”

  • “I understand myself better.”

  • “I feel safe.”

  • “I know what my next step is.”

This is not a space where you are analyzed.

It is a space where you are seen, understood, and supported.

6. Can I book just one session?

Yes.

You can start with a single session and see how it feels.

Some people:

  • Clarify one issue at a time

  • Come once a month for deep integration

  • Come more frequently during transitions

  • Build long‑term inner stability

You choose the rhythm that feels right for you.

7. Are sessions online or in person?

Both are available.

You can choose:

  • Online (Teams / Google Meet)

  • In person (depending on your location)

Online sessions are just as deep and grounding.

8. Which languages can we use?

You can choose:

  • English

  • Mandarin

  • French

You can switch languages anytime —

this is especially helpful for multilingual and cross‑cultural clients.

9. Do I have to share very personal details?

Only if you want to.

You set the pace.

This space is:

  • Pressure‑free

  • Judgment‑free

  • Expectation‑free

  • Gentle and spacious

You don’t need to force anything.

You only need to be honest with yourself.

10. What will I take away from the session?

You will leave with:

  • More clarity

  • More inner stability

  • More emotional awareness

  • Healthier boundaries

  • A clearer sense of self

  • A grounded direction

  • A deeper connection to who you are

Most importantly:

you will feel like you’ve come back to yourself.
